It was the highlight of the 10th fine wines and spirits auction of the Chativesle house in Reims, which took place on April 25th. A bottle of the 1964 Vintage of Champagne Salon was acquired for the record sum of 2,800 euros. At the same sale, a 1928 Krug magnum went for € 1,700 and a 1965 bottle of Romanée Conti Leroy was sold for € 2,500.
