The history of the Maison Louise Brison is above all a family story, spanning 4 generations. Its vineyard is located in the Côte des Bar on Kimmeridgian soil composed of an argilo-calcareous bedrock rich in fossilized marine organisms. A unique terroir with an ideal exposure, on which Pinot Noir, with its generous and refined expression, and Chardonnay, offering roundness and finesse, are planted. After years of respectful cultural practices, the Maison Louise Brison began the conversion to organic viticulture in 2017 and obtained organic certification starting with the 2020 vintage.
The champagnes of Louise Brison invite you on a journey through aromas, flavors, and colors. The cuvées are vintage to allow each year to express itself freely and offer its own nuances and emotions. They are vinified and aged in oak barrels, a living material that helps develop aromatic complexity. We find the Chardonnay de la Côte des Bar 2017, a pure and refined champagne that will seduce Chardonnay lovers, the Rosé de la Côte des Bar 2017, a maceration rosé with a bold style and superb fruity and indulgent notes, or the A l'Aube de la Côte des Bar 2017 cuvée, a bold cuvée with a lot of freshness and a certain complexity on the palate.
