Laurent-Perrier champagne
The House of Laurent-Perrier is the first family-owned and independent champagne house. Established in Tours-sur-Marne since 1812, the house has been built around four strong convictions: blending rather than vintage (of grape varieties, crus, and years), a unique style (all Laurent-Perrier cuvées are marked by exceptional aromatic complexity, fullness, and length on the palate), Chardonnay (often the majority grape variety, bringing freshness, elegance, and purity), the expression of Pinot Noir (maceration allows for unparalleled aromatics). The Cuvée Rosé is the perfect example of this.
La Cuvée Laurent-Perrier introduces the style of the House. Marked by a predominance of Chardonnay, it is characterized by great finesse and beautiful freshness. More than 55 crus are included in its composition, to which 10 to 20% reserve wines are added. The House of Laurent-Perrier takes the art of blending to its peak with its most prestigious cuvée, Grand Siècle. A unique concept based on the blending of three vintages, three exceptional years chosen for their complementarity, giving birth to the perfect year. Laurent-Perrier also offers another cuvée of excellence: the Cuvée Alexandra, created in 1987 by Bernard de Nonancourt, the founder of the House, for the wedding of his eldest daughter Alexandra.
