Description
The Brut Rosé from the Laurent-Perrier house is the emblematic cuvée of the house. It is a champagne with great aromatic power, which can accompany many gastronomic dishes.
This aromatic power is obtained thanks to the bleeding technique. Indeed, the Brut Rosé Laurent-Perrier is one of the rare rosé champagnes produced using the bleeding technique, that is to say by letting the grapes naturally give champagne its color and its aromas. It is a delicate operation which requires precision and patience.
The Brut Rosé is offered here with two magnificent tasting flutes, screen-printed with the name of the Laurent-Perrier house.
It is a cuvée that takes on a robe with salmon reflections, a scintillating robe.
The first notes reveal a fresh champagne, with aromas of strawberry, currant, and raspberry..
On the palate, it is a fruity, lively, and slightly acidic cuvée that is offered for tasting. The notes of small red fruits are very present, and very delicious.
