The Charles Heidsieck Champagne House was founded in Reims in 1851. It has established a range of champagnes of rare quality and unique style, intended primarily for discerning champagne lovers.
Complex and intriguing, the Brut Réserve Charles Heidsieck cuvée stands out for its elegance, texture, and long finish. The Blanc de Blancs is ideal as an aperitif, brilliantly combining two opposites: the tension and freshness of young Chardonnays, paired with the generous silkiness of Charles. The Blanc des Millénaires 2014 expresses the essence of time for the House of Charles Heidsieck with intensity and elegance. Ten years of patience and the expertise of three cellar masters have shaped this masterpiece from the Côte des Blancs. A journey through time and texture, from the chalky terroirs to our thousand-year-old chalk cellars.

Known for his eloquence, passion, and elegance, Charles Heidsieck has successfully infused his personality into his champagnes. Indeed, Charles Heidsieck wines open the doors to a world of complex aromas that are skillfully harmonized with one another, as well as an undeniable elegance.
Each Charles Heidsieck champagne has its own personality thanks to exceptional expertise in blending the wines of the year with reserve wines that have been selected and set aside for an average of 10 years for their aromatic potential. Charles Heidsieck champagnes thus have a unique texture that is the hallmark of the Charles Heidsieck style.
Before talking about the cuvées, let's talk about how they are created.
Charles Heidsieck wines are created in accordance with Champagne traditions. Particular and constant attention is paid to preserving the soil and practices that promote the ecosystem, which has enabled the Charles Heidsieck vineyard to be certified as sustainable. The vineyard is also certified High Environmental Value. Charles Heidsieck therefore continues to practice organic farming. This philosophy is applied to all of the sixty hectares that the House owns and cultivates in the Marne and Aube regions.
In addition, in 1867 Charles Heidsieck cleverly acquired the Crayères site in Reims, finding one of the best, if not the best, place to store his bottles of champagne. The Charles Heidsieck cellars are quiet, dark, and have an optimal, stable temperature, providing the ideal environment for champagne bottles to develop harmoniously. Most bottles are stored there for at least four years, and some for more than forty years.
The prestigious Charles Heidsieck vintages have emerged from the Crayères, including the 2020 Crayères Collection, the Bruts with the Brut Réserve vintage, the brut rosé champagne, the Blancs Charles Heidsieck such as the Blanc de Blancs and the Blanc des Millénaires Heidsieck, and the Charles Heidsieck vintages! These include the Rosé Millésime 2008, Brut Millésime 2012, and Brut Millésime 2008. There are also the Coteaux Champenois 2021 and 2019.
