Rosé Réserve en étui is based on a blend of wines of the year (75%), equally divided between Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, plus a careful selection of reserve wines aged an average of 5 years, half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir. The final blend is thus based on :
The whole is enhanced by 5-6% red wine vinified from Pinots Noirs des Riceys, which bring color intensity and aromatic freshness. The blend is aged for 3 to 4 years in the House's legendary Crayères Millénaires, lending depth and silkiness to the texture.
"The delicate nuances of powdery pink reveal a wine of great precision. Inspired by Brut Réserve, it is enriched with great red Champagne wines that reinforce its generous, acidic identity and delicately fruity, elegant palate."
Rosé Réserve reveals a sophisticated powdery pink color, with luminous hints of rosehip. A fine, elegant effervescence, reflecting long maturation in the cellar.
The nose is both tender and complex, evoking homemade strawberry jam, vine peach and warmer notes of gingerbread.
The palate is full-bodied, assertive and unctuous, evoking a sabayon of raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. A caressing texture recalls whipped cream, for a long, generous finish.
This champagne can be enjoyed now or kept for up to 6-8 years in good conditions. Serve between 9 and 11°C to reveal all the aromatic subtleties of this exceptional rosé.
Presented in a refined case, Rosé Réserve Charles Heidsieck is an ideal gift for a romantic dinner, a family celebration or an elegant thank-you. Its delicate color, complexity and generosity make it a cuvée that appeals on every level.
Faithful to the visionary spirit of Charles-Camille Heidsieck, this Rosé Réserve illustrates the House's attachment to theart of blending: a rosé of character crafted with the same exacting standards as the greatest champagnes, and part of the history of an inimitable savoir-faire.
