The Maison Pierre Gimonnet has existed for over two centuries. Its vineyard spans 28 hectares in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Their cuvées showcase Chardonnay from the Grand Cru vineyards of Cramant, Oger, and Chouilly, and Premier Cru vineyards of Cuis and Vertus. The vineyard is partly composed of old vines. Thus, their oldest vines were planted in 1911 in Cramant, and 80% of the vineyard is over 30 years old. This exceptional estate offers cuvées of great consistency.
The Brut Cuis 1er Cru reflects the style and philosophy of the Maison Pierre Gimonnet. It is a champagne of elegance and finesse. The Fleuron cuvée is the traditional vintage of the house, offering great purity and almost crystalline transparency on both the nose and palate. The Oenophile cuvée is tailored for the aperitif. With its freshness and finesse, it is the ideal champagne to awaken the taste buds before a meal. Finally, the Cuvée Spécial Club is the prestige cuvée of the Maison Gimonnet, offering a complex nose that blends flowers, wax, and citrus.
« A cuvée whose finesse and delicacy make it particularly suitable for the aperitif »
