The House of Diebolt-Vallois is located in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, the birthplace of the Chardonnay grape. The estate, which now covers 11 hectares, is managed by Jacques Diebolt and Nadia Vallois, assisted by their two children Arnaud and Isabelle. It is mainly located in the villages of Cramant, a Grand Cru, and Cuis, a Premier Cru, and is complemented by other plots located in Chouilly and on the Coteaux d'Epernay in Chardonnay, on the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar in Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Diebolt-Vallois vineyard is managed using integrated pest management with minimal treatments.
Chardonnay is the king grape of the Diebolt-Vallois range, and it is particularly found in the Blanc de Blancs, a tense, lively, and fresh cuvée. The Cuvée Prestige symbolizes the style and know-how of Diebolt-Vallois, with more toasted and fruity aromas. It is a generous and balanced cuvée. Finally, the flagship of the range, the Fleur de Passion cuvée, is simply praised by the best connoisseurs, who rank it among the best champagnes in the world.
