Description
Brut Rosé is the latest creation from the house of Diebolt-Vallois.
Elegant, fruity, with aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberries, it is a blend of 63% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, with the addition of red wine from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy.

This is a rosé made from the three traditional champagne grape varieties in always more or less the same proportions.
It gets its color from the red wine which is a Bouzy Grand Cru.
The Brut Rosé is always much appreciated by our female customers, but not only !
It has just achieved a score of 94/100 in the States… Ideal for the beginning of a meal, and for parties.

Diebolt-Vallois Brut Rosé displays a deep pink robe with garnet reflections.
Nose
It’s a champagne with a fine and delicate effervescence and complex aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry. After a few moments notes of vanilla complete this agreeable aromatic palette.
Palate
This Brut Rosé is fresh and powerful in the mouth, with the same red fruit aromas and touch of vanilla. It is an extremely well balanced blend of Pinots Noirs and Chardonnays.
Service
The Diebolt-Vallois Brut Rosé is a fresh, agreeable champagne recommended for aperitif, notably in summer, best served at 9°C.
