The Prélude Grand Cru in a case from Taittinger champagne is the embodiment of elegance and richness. It is a refined champagne, perfect for an aperitif or to accompany delicate dishes. With its fine and persistent bubbles, it seduces with its freshness and aromatic complexity.
The Prélude Grand Cru from Taittinger is made exclusively from grapes from terroirs classified as Grands Crus in the Champagne cru scale. This blend is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, from the best plots. The Chardonnay gives this cuvée remarkable minerality and finesse, while the Pinot Noir provides structure and aromatic intensity. Aged for more than five years in the cellar, this champagne displays surprising youth and great richness.
Only the juices from the first press are used. They allow for a perfect balance between finesse and structure. They also give this champagne a very high aging potential. Thanks to a Brut dosage, the Prélude Grand Cru reveals an ideal balance between freshness and aromatic expression.
The Prélude Grand Cru cuvée presents a pale yellow color, bright, with silver reflections. The bubbles are fine, forming a creamy and persistent foam cord.
The nose is fine and fresh, with mineral, vegetal aromas, and notes of elderflower combined with touches of spices like cinnamon.
On the palate, the attack is lively, dominated by citrus notes. It then becomes full and silky, revealing flavors of white peach in syrup and offering a long and explosive finish.
The price of the Prélude Grand Cru in a case Taittinger is 60,95 €. This champagne, exclusively from Grands Crus, embodies the excellence of Taittinger. It is a sought-after cuvée for the exceptional quality of its grapes and its prolonged aging.
Connoisseurs appreciate the freshness and complexity of this cuvée. They note its balance between finesse and intensity, perfect for moments of celebration. To learn more, see the reviews of the Prélude Grand Cru Taittinger cuvée.
