This champagne is composed of 35 different crus, and is characterized by a balance of great elegance. It is composed of 40% Chardonnay, complemented by 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier.
After a minimum of three years in the cellar, we discover a champagne with fine bubbles, discreet mousse and a very expressive nose with aromas of peach, white flowers and vanilla.
On the palate, the attack is harmonious, lively and fresh. Fruit and honey flavors follow.
