The Making of Taittinger Brut Prestige Champagne
The Brut Prestige is a tribute to the excellence of the Champagne terroir. This blend combines 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which provide intensity and roundness, and 40% Chardonnay, a rare percentage for a non-vintage brut, which gives it finesse and lightness. Coming from over 50 different crus, the grapes are carefully selected to ensure remarkable consistency from year to year. Aged for a minimum of three years in the Taittinger cellars, this champagne offers a unique aromatic maturity.

The Taittinger Brut Prestige stands out with a straw yellow color with golden highlights, enhanced by fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose
On the nose, this champagne is very expressive and open, revealing fruity notes of peach and white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), enriched with brioche and vanilla nuances.
Palate
On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh. The Brut Prestige unfolds fruity and honeyed flavors, with a spicy touch in the finish, offering a perfect balance between finesse and generosity.
