Since the creation of his house in 1981, Bruno Paillard has set a clear direction: his champagnes must combine minerality, purity, elegance, and complexity. A direction from which he has never deviated. His daughter Alice, now at the helm of the house, continues this same pursuit. The Maison Bruno Paillard remains 100% family-owned and independent. The Bruno Paillard vineyard extends over a little more than 25 hectares spread across 18 crus, 17 of which are in the heart of Champagne. The cru of Les Riceys is the exception, located in the south of Champagne, it is the undisputed jewel of the Aube. Nearly half of the vineyard is classified as "Grand Cru".
Bruno Paillard champagnes combine energy and elegance. The best illustration is the Première Cuvée Extra-Brut, which, with partial vinification in oak barrels, is a champagne that is both indulgent and refined. But it is perhaps the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru that best embodies the four key words of the house. A cuvée made solely from the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. A champagne with intense aromatics and a finely crafted texture.
