Moët et Chandon' s Brut Impérial is the world's best-selling champagne.
This great classic is remarkably consistent. It combines uniquely fine bubbles with aromas of pear and white flowers.
Brut Impérial is a blend of over 200 crus, including the three Champagne grape varieties (Pinot Noir 30 to 40%, Pinot Meunier 30 to 40%, Chardonnay 20 to 30%), each of which adds its own touch and completes the wine's aromatic palette.
20-30% reserve wines round out the blend, adding maturity and complexity.
Brut Impérial Moët et Chandon has a pale yellow color with green reflections and fine bubbles forming very lively cords.
The nose reveals notes of apple and pear, as well as white flowers. Buttery aromas follow.
On the palate, Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial is lively and slightly acidic. The palate is savory and smooth.
Notes of pome fruit follow on the palate.
An ideal cuvée for a fine aperitif.
