The Making of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne
The Brut Impérial is a tribute to the diversity of Champagne terroirs, crafted from more than 200 different crus. This harmonious blend includes 30 to 40% Pinot Noir, 30 to 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20 to 30% Chardonnay. Each grape variety contributes its unique characteristics: Pinot Noir adds structure, Pinot Meunier adds roundness, and Chardonnay adds finesse.
This iconic cuvée from Moët & Chandon is enriched with 20 to 30% reserve wines, carefully selected to ensure exceptional complexity and consistency. The Brut Impérial is dosed at 9 g/L, offering a subtle balance between freshness and maturity. This precise dosage gives the champagne its vibrant and generous signature.
