Champagne Jestin is a very young house founded in 2006 by Hervé Jestin, a pioneer and recognized expert in organic and biodynamic viticulture. Hervé Jestin divides his time between consulting for prestigious domains in France and abroad, and crafting his own champagnes. These are exclusive cuvées of great complexity and emotional richness.
Each vintage from Maison Jestin is "a mirror of the evolution of Man and Nature." The Vintage 2009 is the fourth vintage crafted by Hervé Jestin, a blend of 25% Pinot Meunier from Cumières, from the George Laval estate, 50% Chardonnay from Trépail, from the David Léclapart estate, and 25% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, from the Benoît Lahaye estate. A unique supply of extraordinary grapes for a cuvée of remarkable precision.
« An incredible cuvée, one of the most vibrant and intense in Champagne »
« A precise vintage, taut, with a silky and delicate texture. Immense! »
