The Pommery Brut Royal is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The Chardonnay, dominant in this blend, brings freshness and finesse, while the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier add structure and roundness. The grapes come from 40 crus of the Champagne region, mainly located on the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Terroirs renowned for their high-quality grapes.
The vinification of this cuvée was done in stainless steel tanks to preserve great aromatic freshness and fruity and floral notes. The prise de mousse occurs slowly in the Pommery cellars, 30 meters underground, in a naturally cool atmosphere, promoting the formation of fine and elegant bubbles. The Brut dosage ensures a balanced champagne.
The Pommery Brut Royal is adorned with a pale yellow color, highlighted by light green reflections, a sign of its freshness and youth.
Its nose is lively and fresh, marked by citrus notes and white flowers. On the second nose, aromas of small red fruits are discovered, bringing a beautiful aromatic complexity.
