The Henriot Brut Souverain in magnum is an unmissable champagne. It stands out for its complex aromatic palette, dominated by fresh citrus notes, biscuits, and a touch of red fruits. A perfect magnum for great occasions.
The Henriot Brut Souverain is the result of a precise blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier. This champagne highlights the diversity of the Champagne terroir through 29 carefully selected crus. Each year, the House of Champagne Henriot integrates between 50% to 70% of wines from the year and 30% to 50% of reserve wines to bring regularity, complexity, and aromatic richness to this blend.
Aging is a key element in the making of this champagne, with a minimum of 3 years in the cellar, allowing the aromas to fully develop. Finally, the dosage is Brut, adjusted to less than 7 g/L, bringing the perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
The color of the Henriot Brut Souverain is a brilliant golden yellow, with fine and persistent bubbles.
The nose is intense and complex, blending aromas of citrus biscuits, red fruits, and a subtle touch of smokiness, all on a mineral base of pure chalk.
On the palate, this champagne reveals itself to be round, straight, and very fresh. The flavors of stone fruits harmoniously blend with biscuit notes. The finish is long and refreshing.
The price of the Henriot Brut Souverain in magnum is 94,95 €. Given the exceptional quality of this champagne and the generosity of its content, it represents an excellent value for money. Indeed, a magnum allows you to enjoy this champagne in the best conditions and share it with a large group while benefiting from optimal conservation.
