A precise, harmonious blend

Brut Souverain is a meticulous blend of 29 crus, selected from the finest terroirs in Champagne. Each grape variety plays an essential role in the cuvée's balance:

• 45% Pinot Noir for structure, power and aromatic depth.
• 40% Chardonnay for finesse, freshness and mineral sparkle.
• 15% Meunier for suppleness and a fruity touch.

This multi-millesimé champagne incorporates 30-50% reserve wines, part of which come from Maison Henriot's specific blending reserve. Thanks to 3 years' extended ageing in the cellar and a dosage of less than 7 g/L, it reveals remarkable complexity while retaining great freshness.
