The Maison Goutorbe Bouillot is located in Damery, a village nestled on the hillsides bordering the Marne, on soils that combine the richness of clay and calcareous minerality. The Goutorbe Bouillot family cultivates 8 hectares on this terroir under HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture certification. The great singularity of the House lies in the use of perpetual reserves in the production of some of its wines. A method that ensures the continuity of the style of the Maison Goutorbe Bouillot.
Among the Perpetual Reserve Cuvées, we find the Cuvée Reflets de Rivière. A fruity and fresh champagne, dominated by Pinot Meunier and enhanced by a third of a perpetual reserve started in 1980. The Cuvée Champ de Craie Extra Brut uses the same solera method for a third of its composition (with a perpetual reserve started in 2000), but this time with a 100% Chardonnay composition. An elegant and indulgent champagne, with a creamy and round mouthfeel. The Maison Goutorbe Bouillot also produces Vintage Cuvées such as the Cuvée Louise B Extra Brut 2015, perfectly balanced between power and elegance, or the Cuvée Clos des Monnaies 2012, both supple and delicate.
