Cuvée Princes Extra Brut from Maison de Venoge is a champagne made for the aperitif.

Offered in a carafe-shaped bottle, it recalls the habits of the great European aristocracy of the early 20th century, who decanted champagne into crystal carafes.

Cuvée Princes Extra Brut is a marriage of 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 35% Chardonnay, a blend that combines finesse and fruit, underlined by a light dosage (4g/l).

This cuvée has a pale gold color and extremely fine bubbles.

On the nose, it offers notes of citrus, yellow fruit and pastry.

On the palate, it's a cuvée with a frank, lively attack, which then unfolds beautiful fruity aromas.

A superb aperitif cuvée.
