The Cuvée Princes Rosé is a rich and mineral champagne that will go wonderfully as an aperitif or to accompany a salmon. Made from Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims as well as selected plots from the commune of Riceys, it offers minerality, complexity and richness.
Its elegant, decanter-shaped look alludes to the crystal bottles used by the 20th century aristocracy for decanting.
The dress, a light and delicate pink offers elegant raspberry reflections that fine creamy bubbles come to sublimate.
The nose is an explosion of fresh red fruits. The aromas of strawberries and currants are enhanced with lovely citrus notes such as Chinese pomelo and orange zest.
The palate is light and airy. The pleasant fruity fragrances accompany the many incisive bubbles to provide a thirst-quenching bouquet.
