Cuvée Blanc de Blancs de la Maison de Venoge is a sumptuous nectar made exclusively from Chardonnay from Premiers and Grands Crus (Mesnil sur Oger, Trépail). With its great freshness, it's the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif or a light starter.

Its elegant, carafe-shaped appearance alludes to the crystal bottles used by 20th-century aristocracy for decanting.

Pale gold in color, with subtle green reflections and fine, creamy bubbles.

The first nose is very pleasant, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit. This superb freshness is enhanced by an elegant minerality.

The attack on the palate is frank and bursting with freshness. The same fruity, floral fragrances are superimposed on notes of candied peach, characteristic of Chardonnay.
