The Maison Vazart-Coquart is located in Chouilly, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1954, the Maison is currently managed by Jean-Pierre Vazart, who relies on experience, tradition, and new technologies to produce a fine and elegant champagne. The cultivation of the 11-hectare vineyard, mainly planted with Chardonnay, is carried out with the utmost respect for the environment. Since 2012, the Maison Vazart-Coquart has obtained the High Environmental Value Viticulture certification. And since 2017, it has decided to convert to Organic Viticulture.
The originality of the Maison Vazart-Coquart lies in the creation of the Spécial Gourmet Cuvée (formerly known as "Spécial Foie Gras"). This champagne, with a significant dosage (30g/L), is classified in the "Sec Champagne" category and offers a gourmet touch that perfectly accompanies the tasting of foie gras. But the Maison also stands out with its Cuvée Camille, the only cuvée that is not a Blanc de Blancs, along with the Brut Rosé Cuvée. Not to mention the Spécial Club 2015 Cuvée, the prestige cuvée of the Maison, crafted only in exceptional years and born from its membership in the Club Trésors de Champagne.
