Description

The Brut Rosé 1er Cru from Vazart-Coquart is a graceful, elegant, fresh champagne of gourmandise, which marries the freshness of Chardonnay (85%) from the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly with the fruit of Premier Cru Pinot Noir (15%).

Its dainty salmon pink robe is highlighted by orange pink reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.

The nose of this Brut Rosé 1er Cru is evocative of peach, blood orange and wild cherry at first, with more delicate aromas of acacia flowers, pear, raspberry and redcurrant appearing after a few moments.

The palate is supple and fresh, with creamy effervescence. It expresses flavours of white fruits and red berries lifted by zesty lemony notes and touches of pink grapefruit, underlined in the middle palate by an agreeable minerality which extends delicately to the fresh and gourmand finish.

A super champagne of pure pleasure !
