Elegant and supple, this Rosé Champagne from Veuve Fourny delivers a subtle, aromatic bouquet of red fruits and a fresh, approachable palate.

This champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir white wine, Pinot Noir red wine and Chardonnay white wine, from 3 successive harvests. The grapes are harvested from vines planted 40 years ago on the chalky terroir of Vertus, a Premier Cru commune in the Côte des Blancs.

This cuvée is entirely vinified in barrel, with very little sulfur, aged on lees for 7 months and dosed at 6 g/L.

This shimmering rosé is a champagne of great finesse and vivacity, driven by the Chardonnay grape. The Pinot Noir develops fruity scents of redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry and grenadine. A hint of menthol refreshes the palate on the finish.

This Champagne Rosé Premier Cru is perfect with sweet and savory dishes, or as a dessert wine.
