Maison Veuve Fourny's Rosé Vinothèque MV14 is a rosé champagne made mainly from the 2014 vintage, enhanced by reserve wines kept in barrels.
This rosé champagne is a blend of white wine from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and red wine from Pinot Noir, mostly from the 2014 harvest. The grapes are taken from vines planted over 40 years ago in the vineyards of Vertus, a commune classified as a Premier Cru in the Côte des Blancs and a terroir renowned for its high-quality grapes with citrus notes.
This cuvée is vinified in barrels, with minimal use of sulfur. This rosé champagne is an Extra-Brut with a dosage of 3 g/L to preserve the wine's elegance and tension.
Rosé Vinothèque MV14 offers a bouquet of subtle aromas drawing on red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, and blood orange. It's a balanced, energetic and creamy champagne, with a delicate finish.
