The Grands Terroirs Premier Cru cuvée created by Charles-Henri and Emmanuel Fourny is a champagne with fresh, fruity notes, supported by harmoniously integrated vivacity and roundness. Preserved in small oak barrels, the reserve wines develop superb complexity for this exceptional cuvée.

This champagne, a blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), reflects Veuve Fourny's masterful expertise. The grapes are harvested from 30-year-old vines planted in the limestone soil of Vertus, a Premier Cru commune in the Côte des Blancs.

This champagne is a blend of 3 consecutive vintages, 40% of which are reserve wines kept in barrel. The wine is aged in wood for 7 months on its lees. This low-sulfur cuvée is blended at 6 g/L.

Grands Terroirs Premier Cru is a champagne with a fine, persistent effervescence. This concentrated wine reveals sublime notes of pear, green apple and citrus, brioche, toast and honey. A touch of minerality supports the chalky accents of Vertus grapes.

This Grands Terroirs Premier Cru cuvée is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes perfectly with fish, shellfish and white meats.
