This Cuvée R from Veuve Fourny pays tribute to one of its founders, Roger Fourny. This champagne reveals the unique savoir-faire of the Fourny family, handed down through generations.

The Chardonnay for this Blanc de Blancs comes from old vines planted 50 years ago on the Vertus terroir, a Côte des Blancs Premier Cru renowned for the finesse and purity of its grapes.

This blend is composed in equal proportions of 2 consecutive vintages, vinified in barrel and aged 18 months on lees. This Extra-Brut with a dosage of 3 g/L is fresh and refreshing.

Cuvée R has a beautiful golden color with green highlights. Generous, long, deep and complex, this champagne boasts a fruity citrus nose and a lively, taut palate with a toasty, milky finish.

Pair this great champagne with exceptional dishes such as white truffles or grilled sea bass.
