      Description

      This Blanc de Blancs from Veuve Fourny is a champagne of great purity and exceptional elegance, revealing all the finesse of Chardonnay.

      The Chardonnays are harvested from old vines over 40 years old, planted in Vertus, a commune classified as a Premier Cru in the Côte des Blancs. This terroir is renowned for its high quality grapes, with lovely citrus notes.

      This champagne, vinified in vats and barrels, is aged on lees for 7 months. This brut cuvée retains all its purity and elegance thanks to its low dosage of 5 g/L.

      This Blanc de Blancs combines a creamy, lively texture with a saline finish. This cuvée is opulent, expressive and controlled. Subtle, empyreumatic aromas of vanilla, almond, cookie and brioche support livelier notes of citrus, apple and pear.

      This Blanc de Blancs is perfect with sushi, sashimi, fish and shellfish.
