Description
Jean-Pierre Vazart's Cuvée Grand Bouquet 2013 is a rich, generous Blanc de Blancs champagne.
Made from Chardonnays from old vines planted on the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly, this vintage cuvée reveals a broad, rich aromatic palette. Grand Bouquet 2013 was aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. The 2013 vintage brings a certain freshness and perfect classicism to this cuvée.
The champagne has a golden, sparkling color with fine bubbles.
The first nose reveals ample aromas of pastry and candied citrus. On the second nose, the aromas evolve towards notes of dried fruit, followed by a touch of vanilla.
On the palate, Grand Bouquet 2013 unveils a round attack. Its creamy texture blends beautifully with the lemony tension and chalky minerality. Dense, complex and rich on the palate.
