The Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 1989 Vazart-Coquart comes from the house's oenothèque. It's a champagne that still retains plenty of freshness thanks to a disgorgement carried out at the end of 2017.
This cuvée is made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the freshness and purity of this terroir. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to give the wine great ageing potential.
This Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 1989 has an astonishing aromatic palette, combining the complexity of an old Champagne, with its aromas of mocha and sweet spices, with the freshness of a young cuvée thanks to recent disgorgement. One of a kind!
