Description

Jean-Pierre Vazart's cuvée Grand Bouquet 2016 is a Blanc de Blancs champagne that expresses both freshness and power.

This cuvée is made with Chardonnays from two 43-year-old parcels, "Mont Aigu" and "La Cerisière", planted on the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly. This Côte des Blancs commune is renowned for the finesse, purity and high quality of its grapes.

To preserve all the freshness of the terroir, the wine was vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks, with a low dosage of 3 g/L. It was then aged for 6 years in our cellars to develop its broad aromatic bouquet.

Grand Bouquet 2016 is deep gold in color, with fine, lively bubbles.

The nose reveals voluptuous notes of exotic flowers, spices, dried fruit and a touch of citrus.

The palate is creamy and fruity, sustained by incisive freshness and great vivacity. The finish is long and persistent.
