The Brut Rosé from the Maison Ruinart is a champagne that perfectly combines the freshness of Chardonnay with the richness of Pinot Noir. It is a cuvée that will accompany both a beautiful aperitif and a meal.
The Rosé from the Maison Ruinart is the result of the marriage of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, of which 12% is vinified as red wine. This blend comes from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, and the Vallée de la Marne.
The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to bring a beautiful tension. Malolactic fermentation brings roundness and complexity to the cuvée. After a resting period of 2 to 3 years in the cellar, the champagne is dosed at 8 g/L, achieving a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic intensity.
To the eye, the Ruinart Rosé reveals an elegant color with coppery hues and sparkling reflections. Its bubbles are dynamic and seductive.
The first nose is an explosion of exotic fruits, supported by floral notes of rose and red fruits. Upon aeration, warm spice notes enrich the bouquet and add complexity.
On the palate, this champagne reveals a striking freshness, balanced by a delicate structure. Beautiful fruity notes are found in the mid-palate. It is a full, smooth mouthfeel with vinous character. The finish is marked by freshness, evoking peppermint and citrus.
The price of a bottle of Ruinart Rosé is 92,95 €. Given its exceptional quality and careful crafting, this champagne offers excellent value for money. For those seeking a high-end champagne, the Ruinart Rosé is a beautiful option. The price of Ruinart Rosé also reflects the expertise and history of the brand.
Reviews of the Ruinart Rosé are unanimous: this champagne seduces with its freshness and elegance. Customers particularly appreciate its fruity aromas and silky texture in the mouth. To store your bottle of Ruinart Rosé in optimal conditions, it is recommended to keep it at a constant temperature, ideally between 10 and 12°C, away from light and vibrations. If you do not have a wine cellar, a cool, dark cupboard can suffice. It is also advisable to keep the bottle lying down to keep the cork moist, ensuring perfect sealing. This champagne can be stored for several years, but it is generally recommended to enjoy it within 2 to 3 years of purchase to fully appreciate its fresh and fruity aromas.
The Maison Ruinart is known for its characteristic style that favors the freshness and purity of aromas. Chardonnay is indeed the flagship grape of the house. It is particularly highlighted in the famous Blanc de Blancs cuvée. Under the direction of Frédéric Panaïotis, the cellar master, Ruinart continues to innovate while respecting the traditions that have made it famous.
