Roederer Brut Rosé 2007 is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and made using the free-run method, with the Pinot Noir grapes macerating for several hours in the press in order to extract the desired color for this vintage rosé.
Old Pinot Noir vines which produce extremely ripe grapes of exceptional aromatic concentration are the source of the Louis Roederer style.
Louis Roederer Brut Rosé 2007 is an intense pink color with reddish blue gleams. The effervescence is dynamic and lively forming a pretty chain.
Intense, pure and precise on the nose, the dominantly fresh fruit aromas of citrus and cherry are followed by smooth, sweet nuances of acacia and honeysuckle and a delicate touch of honey.
The palate is fruity and intense, with a caressingly silky texture. The tight structure of Pinot Noir is perceptible on the middle palate, accompanied by fruity and toasty notes, lightly honeyed and spicy.
A pure and elegant champagne.
