This majestuous champagne, made exclusively from grapes grown on Grand Cru terroirs, is the ideal companion to characterful cuisine of refinement and subtlety. Pommery Grand Cru 2004 is a gleaming yellow gold with a whisper of green.
The robe is complemented by bubbles of great finesse that permanently animate the surface.
The nose is an exceptional combination of elegance and structure of extreme complexity, opening with mineral notes which are joined by aromas of white fruits and floral notes contributed by the Chardonnay and an extraordinary potency and harmony imparted by the Pinot Noir.
This 2004 vintage is silky, full of nuances, with superb aromas embracing brioche, spices and bright fruit.
