Following Brexit, deliveries to the United Kingdom are temporarily suspended. We continue to deliver all over Europe.

Founded in 1930 by Marcel Ployez and his wife Yvonne Jacquemart, the family house Ployez-Jacquemart is now run by Laurence Ployez, representing the third generation. She perpetuates the founding values of the Maison Ployez-Jacquemart: tradition, excellence, and deep roots in the Champagne terroir. A terroir that she cultivates in the Premier and Grand Cru villages of Ludes, Mailly-Champagne, Villedommange, and Vertus, mainly planted with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, rigor is essential to extract the best from each harvest.

The Extra Quality Brut is the signature champagne of the Maison Ployez-Jacquemart. It is characterized by a very good balance, great freshness, and a very clean nose and palate. The Liesse d’Harbonville cuvée, on the other hand, represents the quintessence of the Maison Ployez-Jacquemart. It requires special attention and is only produced in exceptional years. Aged entirely in oak barrels, it reveals great richness, a very beautiful structure, and incredible complexity.
