The Piper-Heidsieck vineyard extends over more than 65 hectares, and the House supplies itself from 240 partner winemakers, spread over more than 110 crus.
The winemaking at Piper-Heidsieck respects Champagne traditions while integrating modern techniques. The harvests are carried out manually to guarantee the quality of the grapes.
