The Nicole Moncuit Vieilles Vignes 2006 vintage from the Pierre Moncuit house highlights all the know-how of the house.
This flagship of the range is made from vines over 50 years old, which have a low yield and give concentrated and dense wines.
It is a cuvée that is made only in exceptional years.
It is a Blanc de Blancs champagne which offers a magnificent aromatic power brought by old vines, but also a creamy, silky texture, underlined by a soft effervescence.
It is a champagne that is both delicious and fruity by its vintage (2006), but also ample and long by the origin of the grapes and its vinification.
