The Grand Cru Rosé from Pierre Moncuit is the fruit of a combination of two superb terroirs - Mesnil-sur-Oger for its Chardonnay (80%), and Ambonnay for its Pinot Noir, here made as red wine (20%).
It is a champagne which has the signature freshness, minerality and freshness of the Côte des Blancs, lifted by a delicious touch of fruit.
Vinified in stainless steel vats, it is then matured for 3 years in the Moncuit cellars before being presented.
