This champagne is made with a large proportion of Pinot Meunier, which results in an elegant, refined wine. The quality of the Grand Brut is constant, showing great finesse and exceptional length.
The Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is brilliant gold in color, with a fine chain of persistent bubbles.
The nose is extremely expressive with white flowers (acacia, hawthorn), pear, grapefruit, white peach and fresh cut grass.
It is a very well-balanced champagne, vivacious and round with good fruit characters on the palate of apple, pineapple and citrus (pink grapefruit and mandarin).
Notes of brioche appear on the final of exceptional length.
