      Description

      Cordon Rouge is unquestionably G.H. Mumm’s most famous champagne.

      Its perfect fruitiness, gourmand and fresh, makes it ideal for serving at aperitifs.

      A blend of over 77 crus sourced from all the great terroirs of Champagne, Mumm Cordon Rouge privileges Pinot Noir (45%) for its structure and force, with Chardonnay (30%) adding finesse and elegance, and Pinot Meunier contributing smooth fruit.

      The scintillatingly golden robe is animated by fine bubbles.

      The first nose is freshly fruity with white and yellow peaches and apricots, but also exotic fruits, opening up to delicious vanilla, caramel, brioche and honey notes.

      The fresh and lively attack leads to a round, full and lightly vinous palate offering the same rich, fruity aromas stretching out on the long, smooth finish.
