The Rosé Impérial from the house of Moët et Chandon is much more than just a champagne. It is a true symbol of glamour. Radiant and intense, it combines the fruitiness of small red fruits with a floral touch. An ideal cuvée for celebrations!
The Rosé Impérial is crafted from an assemblage of the three Champagne grape varieties to obtain a balanced and rich cuvée. The Pinot Noir (40-50%), part of which is vinified as red, brings intensity and structure to the champagne, while the Pinot Meunier (30-40%) enriches the blend with its roundness and smoothness in the mouth. Finally, the Chardonnay (10-20%) adds a touch of elegance and freshness.
The dosage of 7 g/liter reinforces the elegant character of the cuvée, while highlighting the aromatic complexity. The addition of reserve wines (20 to 30%) to the blend ensures the quality and consistency of each bottle of Rosé Impérial.
The Rosé Impérial cuvée stands out with its pink color, with red and violet reflections.
The nose reveals an intense bouquet of summer red fruits, notably strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, enhanced by floral notes such as rose and hawthorn, and a slight peppery touch.
In the mouth, this cuvée is flamboyant and fleshy, combining juiciness and a subtly vegetal finish. It offers a harmonious balance between intensity and freshness, with a slight bitterness of the stone in the finish.
The price of the Rosé Impérial Moët & Chandon bottle is 55,95 €. This rosé champagne, with its carefully crafted blend and fruity-floral balance, offers excellent value for money.
