The magnum of Rosé Impérial from the house of Moët & Chandon is much more than a classic rosé champagne; it embodies Moët & Chandon's vision of elegance and glamour. This large format reveals all the brilliance of this iconic cuvée, marked by the fruity intensity of small red berries and delicate floral notes.
The Rosé Impérial in magnum is the result of an assemblage of the three Champagne grape varieties. The Pinot Noir (40-50%), partially vinified as red, gives it its characteristic structure and intensity; the Pinot Meunier (30-40%) brings generous fruity notes and envelops the palate with its roundness; finally, the Chardonnay (10-20%) adds a touch of freshness and elegance to the whole.
This champagne benefits from the addition of 20 to 30% reserve wines, ensuring consistent quality from year to year. A precise dosage of 7 g/liter preserves the balance between the aromatic complexity of this cuvée, mineral freshness, and a fruity structure.
This magnum of Rosé Impérial is adorned with a vibrant pink color, nuanced with red and violet reflections.
The nose reveals generous aromas of summer red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, enriched by floral notes of rose and hawthorn and a spicy touch of white pepper.
On the palate, this champagne offers beautiful richness and a juicy texture. The attack is fruity and fleshy, marked by flavors of small red berries, and ends with a subtle vegetal note, enhancing the balance between intensity and freshness.
The magnum is the ideal format for optimizing the maturation of a champagne, thanks to a more harmonious development of aromas and a smoother texture. The lower proportion of oxygen preserves freshness while allowing flavors to gradually unfold. This generous format is ideal for festive occasions and stands out for its elegant presentation.
The price of the magnum Rosé Impérial Moët & Chandon is 109,95 €. This iconic champagne, with its generous format and rich aromatic profile, is perfect for honoring special occasions.
