Description

The butterfly is a symbol of freedom. Laurent-Perrier has embodied its concern for nature and the environment with this new edition of its Robe. This "Butterflies" dress lends itself to great tasting moments and illuminates the Cuvée Rosé.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims. This rosé champagne is the fruit of a highly technical production method: maceration.

Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and placed in a maceration vat. In this vat, the juice macerates with the grape skins for 48 to 72 hours, to bring out the aromatic expression of the finest Pinot Noir vintages. The juice is then run off (separated from the skins), fermented and vinified in a separate vat. This is a delicate operation requiring precision and patience.

The wine's color changes from raspberry to salmon hues.

On the nose, this exceptionally fresh wine reveals notes of raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry.

On the palate, this champagne is fruity, lively and slightly acidic, offering the sensation of plunging into a basket of fresh red fruit.

A champagne for aperitifs and desserts alike.
