Pale gold in color, with silvery highlights.
On the nose, citrus notes and a touch of gourmandism come to the fore. The nose then evolves towards more intense, fruitier, warmer aromas.
On the palate, this is a lively, elegant wine, with a pleasant fullness that comes from the Argonne oak barrels. Well-balanced with a touch of acidity and a mineral framework. The wood is present in the background, never overpowering, but always there.
The finish is sapid, long and chalky. Yellow fruit, greediness and smokiness.
A racy wine!
