The Maison Henri Giraud is located in Aÿ, where the Pinot Noir reigns supreme. The House's aim is to reveal the extraordinary potential of the Coteaux d’Ay: a unique terroir, a unique microclimate, and a unique history! Led by Claude Giraud, the 12th generation of the Giraud-Hémart family, the House crafts indulgent cuvées, most of which are aged in wood from the Argonne forest, a signature of the Maison Henri Giraud.
The Cuvée Esprit Nature allows one to discover and experience the House Style, but it is truly with the Cuvée Hommage au Pinot Noir that one delves into the Giraud savoir-faire. The Cuvée Fût de Chêne is also emblematic of the House. A wine with a straight, tense attack that opens into a silky mouthfeel. The range is completed by two Coteaux Champenois, a white and a red, powerful and expressive, and by a Ratafia de Champagne, a spirit that has had a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) since 2015 thanks to the work of Claude Giraud.
