Code Noir Rosé was created by the house of Henri Giraud to celebrate the discovery of the Pinot Noir genetic code in September 2007.
It’s a cuvee which is distinguished by a maturing uniquely in small barrels made of oak from the historic forest of Champagne, at Argonne, and to which 10% of red wine from Aÿ is added.
