It’s a cuvee that draws its strength, its richness and its elegance from the renowned hillsides of Aÿ, and finds its maturity in the gentle embrace of small barrels made of oak from the forest of Argonne.
The special bottle “Origine” used for the Henri Giraud Fût de Chêne 2000 is engraved, numbered and closed with a clasp of the type used before wire muzzles were introduced to maintain the cork in place.
