Gosset's Grand Blanc de Noirs is a limited-edition cuvée in homage to the finesse and elegance of the Pinots Noirs used in Gosset blends.

The cellar master has chosen Pinots Noirs from Ambonnay, Aÿ, Verzy, Chigny-les-Roses and Tauxières, superb villages on the Montagne de Reims.

Grand Blanc de Noirs Gosset has a golden yellow color with golden highlights, limpid and brilliant, accompanied by a string of extremely fine bubbles.

The nose reveals a complex, harmonious palette of aromas, with notes of white fruit and a hint of pastry.

On the palate, this cuvée reveals beautiful notes of beeswax and candied citron. The attack is supple and well-balanced. The finish is lively and fresh, with saline and even iodine notes, minerality and structure.

The balance between intensity of aroma and finesse is optimal. The fruity structure of the Pinots is expressed with surprising freshness and lightness.
